I recently visited this Verizon location to trade in and upgrade my phone, and it was a terrible experience. The representative was very short with me, gave me no options, and made no effort to help. I came in ready to upgrade and spend money, but instead felt completely brushed off. No explanation, no guidance—nothing. Honestly, I wish I would’ve stayed with T-Mobile.
