They lied they rude
The doors were opened precisely on time
They didn't do anything to help me . I still have the 2 boxes that they gave me and they took off and didn't help me in Kennedy Plaza. Lindsey Urbina is in charge and she quit answering my emails. Its been since Nov.7.
Bad customer’s service, rude employees, favoritism, disgusting & disgrace service. Allowing people who know to skip the queue specially if they’re girls. They don’t care. Shame on Verizon to have this store open with these employees ….
