They didn’t properly check in my phone return so I was billed for 6 months until I noticed. Verizon is sending a full refund check and said it was the stores fault when I asked.
Super helpful very fast service! Very understanding and down to earth and no wait time very reticent working with Great service and attitude. Mike Assisted us and Nicholas And Taylor are also great. Taylor Informed me on the phone of a real efficient wait time and realistic wait time they got me going within 30 seconds of walking into the store! Please give them a raise,they deserve it.
I had a great experience at this Verizon location. I went in to get a new iPhone (my storage was full so I couldn’t do software updates). I was greeted as I walked in and seen after only a few minutes. Jessica is the person who helped me and she was fantastic! She quickly understood my phone issue and gave me all the details about what I could do next as far as which phones and pricing.
