I went to your store yesterday to ask why an arrow was appearing on my screen. The rep was far from being helpful. He said he had no idea and for me to take a picture of it and bring it in. Well I just googled it and Verizon explained this was why: you may wish to educate your employees. Plus encourage them to be polite and helpful to customers.
