Because it's Verizon. Super expensive plans and some of the employees aren't so knowledgeable, and or lie to get you into a contract, and leave out prices and charges. Who wants to afford over 4 hundred a month for lousy old phones and a family plan. Perhaps they may even offer you a free tablet, then give you mystery charges.... I went to your store yesterday to ask why an arrow was appearing on my screen. The rep was far from being helpful. He said he had no idea and for me to take a picture of it and bring it in. Well I just googled it and Verizon explained this was why: you may wish to educate your employees. Plus encourage them to be polite and helpful to customers.
