Addy was extremely helpful today setting us up with for new plans and four new phones. She handled everyone very quickly and was extremely knowledgeable. Very happy she helped us today. We came back from AT&T…they aren’t great and we are happy to be back at Verizon as Addy has way better customer service and care than anyone we met over at AT&T.
The manager took very swift care of me.
Great place to get a new phone, they super fast and super efficient. Haven’t had any issues with them yet.
