They talk the talk but don’t walk the walk! They will tell you anything to get you to switch to Verizon. None of it is in an actual agreement that you can see before switching your whole life over and then none of the promises are kept. A lot of turn over at this store so when you finally get your first bill and try to contact the person that helped you, they are no longer there (I’m sure because they are dishonest) but then the “managers” aren’t really managers- just “have a lot of experience” but not experience enough to a... read more
