They talk the talk but don’t walk the walk! They will tell you anything to get you to switch to Verizon. None of it is in an actual agreement that you can see before switching your whole life over and then none of the promises are kept. Jonathan was excellent to work with! Helped my daughter get a new phone, get our phones transferred and made sure we were comfortable and served quickly. Super knowledgeable and took care of bumps along the way!

They are rude. May not always seem like it but they will rip you off rather then explain things well. I got put on a phone plan that was expensive, I thought it was expensive cuz I got a new phone. Nope. Cuz they charge you and make a commission on some apps, which is fine, but shouldn't it be up to me how much I pay? They should tell you more. Went to another store and lowered my bill like $50. Don't go here they just ripped you off.
Rude and incompetent. Told me to get lost instead if doing their job.
