12.22.24 Second Chapter: I visited the local Verizon store on Lohman Avenue, equipment in hand. The 'Door Czar' man would NOT let me speak to a manager and would NOT accept the box. He said he had to have an account number. I continued to explain there IS no account number. Regardless, I took the box to the UPS store, shipped, and have delivery confirmation from both UPS and Verizon. Today I received an email requesting I return the equipment! Are you even kidding me.! Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.
The person I was with needed charging cables for their cell phone and Verizon has them convinced that only their cables truly work. They cables are three times the price of regular cables.
