If I can give them no stars I would they committed fraud I was honored for next day delivery because I work for department of Labor and it was not honored they charged me for delivery for next day and did not refund me back and made me wait 4 days for the device at this point I no longer want a service their customer service representatives are disgusting did not even try to help whatsoever just discontinued me and stop me from talking and just hung up the phone on me I talked to a supervisor the supervisor when I told them ... read more
Usually very helpful. The wait times to be helped can be very slow at times. But other than that it's a good place to upgrade and change your phone plans
