Bad customer service No help
Just became a home 5g and phone customer. Just had a question about my plan and help signing into my vzw app and was told by the guy to call customer service. I have called them 3x w no help. I figured they would be able to help me out w at least half of my issue but no.
Be Aware! Went there to lower my bill, they switch the SIM in my iPad, and I suppose to pay $20 less next month. In fact they added 2 more lines to my account and I paid $60 more. Complete SCAM!
