absolute incompetent people take two people to help one person sat in store for over an hour without being help absolute ridiculousness no one cares about their job no wonder why everyone say avoid this place
They are really slow!! I literally waited 30 minutes and no one even let us know how long it’s going to take until we asked Go at this location if you have whole day to spend at this location! Really disappointed
Cory W. was extremely helpful with my upgrade and trade-in. He was professional and made sure everything was taken care of before leaving the store. He made sure I had the best deal for each line on my account and explained all the extra bundles Verizon offers. This was the most painless Verizon experience ever!
Grace was amazing!! Help us from beginning to end in a tough situation and she was awesome!!
Very rude lady today. She slammed the door when the customer before me had her go ask the manager a question. She refused to help me troubleshoot an issue. Will not go to this store ever again because of how this woman was treating people.
