They are really slow!! I literally waited 30 minutes and no one even let us know how long it’s going to take until we asked Go at this location if you have whole day to spend at this location! Really disappointed
Cory W. was extremely helpful with my upgrade and trade-in. He was professional and made sure everything was taken care of before leaving the store. He made sure I had the best deal for each line on my account and explained all the extra bundles Verizon offers. This was the most painless Verizon experience ever!

Very rude lady today. She slammed the door when the customer before me had her go ask the manager a question. She refused to help me troubleshoot an issue. Will not go to this store ever again because of how this woman was treating people.
We purchased a phone through verizon online, and we were having issues connecting it to our service due to some strange tech issue. Grace was such great help, sitting with us and doing all she could while we sat on customer service for an hour and a half. When it wasn't resolved that day, she had us come back the next day to finish it. We truly could not have done it without her help. Thank you, Grace!!
