Definitely the worst thing about this place is the employees working there. They do not know their products or how to talk to people. Went it to get a couple of new lines, and the young spanish guy was rude to my mom, trying to make her like she didn't know how a phone works. All he wanted me to do was to agree to buy what he wanted to sell me, and not what I wanted to get. Verizon really needs to get more training to their employees before they put them out on the floor.
