Definitely the worst thing about this place is the employees working there. They do not know their products or how to talk to people. Went it to get a couple of new lines, and the young spanish guy was rude to my mom, trying to make her like she didn't know how a phone works. All he wanted me to do was to agree to buy what he wanted to sell me, and not what I wanted to get. Verizon really needs to get more training to their employees before they put them out on the floor. I’ve had the worst experience with Verizon. I must say Kimberly has been very helpful but other than that switching to Verizon has been the dumbest thing I’ve done. They mess up your account and then no one can fix the problem they will have you call customer service and when you call them they say that you need to go directly to a corporate office which they can’t fix their errors either.
