Eric was so very helpful! I was on the phone with Verizon for almost an hour without resolution. I came in to see Eric and he had my phone working in 12 minutes! Nice, polite, and helpful!
Holly today was amazing! She sat and listened to me and answered ALL my questions, even the ones i asked multiple times and figured out the plan that would work best for our family. Highly recommended her and this store, all the employees have been helpful and go above and beyond when I go in. Which is sometimes a lot! Thanks again Holly!!!!
