Rude.. VERY unprofessional. Manager was rude and unfriendly failed to follow Verizon Corporate policy on order pickups, even when we were told by Verizon that all we needed was the order number and the location number and they still failed to release our order even with Verizon Customer Service on speaker phone explaining that corporate policy allowed us to pick up the order as long as we had the order number & location number, even with the email and text message we received from Verizon confirming that we are the account o... read more
Pushy with the sales tactics but got a great phone.
Team was very helpful in accessing my account and fixed my technical problem quickly and professionally.
Horrible customer service!! San Pedro locations informed us as well as over the phone reps for Verizon that this location is Our return home internet device store. We went and the broken English associate was extremely rude to my husband & I telling him us different. Horrible customer service not a way to treat customers at all not even helping exploring options horrible skills. Everything is extremely unnecessary!! it is truly a shame that this location is part of the Quarry shopping center. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!
