I recently attempted to purchase a phone at the Verizon Business Store on North Rangeline in Joplin. Unfortunately, I had lost my ID earlier in the day but had a copy of both the front and back. When I presented this to the manager, he responded with a dismissive and condescending attitude. They were very helpful on getting son a new cell after we had been dealing with ubreakifix (they broke kids cell) in Joplin. Was able to order his cell n get in quickly. Let him pick up without me there (my work hrs make it impossible). Gave us a good deal on new cell case/screen protector.

If you go to this store. Stay away from Joseph. He is either the biggest Liar in the place or absolutely has no idea what he is doing. Months ago, we went there and upgraded to the 23 Ultra. Gave us quite a bit on our phones as a trade in. Told me that if I paid 300 on each phone (we got 2) I would pay them off and bill wouldn't change. So we upgraded. Paid and the bill didn't change.
