So I walked into the Verizon store, expecting it might be a bit but it's been an overwhelming day. AT&t took $3,000 out of my account because I had been waiting for the rebate gift cards so that I could pay it off. I walk into the store and the guy asking my name and I tell him and tell him what I'm there for and he says it'll probably be 30 to 40 minutes. It was closer to an hour. And I said seriously?
