We came in to upgrade my husband’s phone and were met with a curt, dismissive attitude from the associate, Marco. After telling us the phone would cost something along the line of $35.99/month, I pointed out Verizon’s own website showing a promotional price. Instead of explaining the discrepancy, he responded, “I don’t know why you’re looking at that. I’m telling you it’s [35.99]” and dismissed the information entirely.
