To many worker standing around. Seems like there were many that were assisting others works and not enough helping the customers. Had to go there after satellite store messed a new purchase of 2 phones up. Too long of a wait.
6th or 7th time here.... literally a problem every time. This is the last time. It's hard to believe they have become so bad. 10 years with verizon and this past year has been the worst especially with this store.
