Went in this Verizon store. Moderately busy. We were 4th in line. 6 people were helped ahead of us. There were 3 workers standing around laughing and talking. Nobody would help us get a new phone. After 35 minutes of waiting and being skipped by people that came in after us, we left. Terrible time here
I don't understand how this store can not tell me which device promo is connected to which number? Males response to me is I don't understand what you don't understand. Me...I don't understand why the company that I bought my service from doesn't have access to see what is connected to each account?? Call...I did call it wasn't a pleasant experience so I asked if I could cancel a line in store and they said I could. Store says they can't cancel any phone lines in store.
