Took advantage of the Galaxy swap. My " tech" totally screwed up me new phone as he ( I couldn't remember my password gir Gmail) he just created one unbeknownst to me. During the transfer of data only phone contacts and photos( thank god) transfered. Had to reset up my Outlook, YouTube, all apps ringtone, everything. New phone wasn't seeing anything so reprogrammed the whole phone. This guy needed much retraining!
