Staff is always willing to help me with anything on my phone! At the age of 80 yrs.....I have limited knowledge of various aspects of my phone and services. This is the ONLY Verison store that will help with "non Verizon" issues! Always friendly and helpful!!!!! The Tomball Verizon would NOT help me with anything not specific "Verizon"!!
