Entered this Verizon for assistance with my Samsung galaxy. I was immediately instructed to call a Verizon wireless customer service representative on one of the phones in the store. The customer service representative was puzzled as to why I was calling for assistance from the store with this issue and asked to speak with one of the workers. Only then, was I assisted. Will not return to this location in the future.
On 12/18 my daughter and arrived at 6pm and the doors were locked and the business was closed. Will have to go to a different business. Very disappointed....
