No point in coming here they all ways just say to call 611 to get help and it takes forever to get connected through that line especially with their bot that doesn’t understand jack don’t waste your time coming here
As a long long time Verizon customer. Getting less and less happy with the service. Also remember if u buy an I phone from Verizon any problems have to go to apple. I do not like that.
