April was wonderful today!!!! She spent a long time with me and answered numerous questions. She was so kind and helpful. I was not looking forward to upgrading my phone today, I was a bit overwhelmed. I am leaving with a new phone, case and at a great price. , thank you again April!!♥️
Everyone working here is a joke. I walked in and waited 15 minutes while staff talked about where sneakers. Finally, when the red headed guy was done joking around he lazily looked at me and said ' whatcha need ?". I walked out and drove 30 miles to a Verizon corporate store in Broward. Avoid this joke of a store
I went into the store to move a line from at@T to Verizon and upgraded my husband line only to get a 1300 phone bill I have no ideal what she done but I have been on the phone with Verizon everyday I think I need to return the phone and go back to at@t
