Messed up my 5G home internet promotion. I went back 4 weeks later on Thursday Jan 9th 2025 to check why I haven’t received promotion redemption details, “Michael Prado” told me only the guy you worked with “Christopher” can help you and he is not around today. I asked to speak with the manager, he took my number as manager was busy taking “5” interviews. It’s been 2 days and I haven’t received call from the manager. I would not recommend this location to do business
