Spend a few extra minutes and drive to the Verizon in Peachtree City. I've had two experiences at this location and they both are about as bad as one could ever imagine when it comes to customer experience.
Very friendly customer service
They’re an actual garbage can of a store not gonna lie, a little help goes a long way but the word help doesn’t exist in there along with the horrible attitudes from the entire staff
I firmly believe companies can get too big. There are many examples; Verizon, Charter/Spectrum, etc. They hide behind automated attendant to avoid facing the very reason they exist - the CUSTOMER! Then, if you are clever enough to navigate your way through a mind numbing extension prompts, you get someone who will "be happy to assist you with your concern/issue" who's usually named "Sheri, Tiffany, or Julie".
