This place used to be great you would come in and would sit down with you look your account up online and help you fix your problem. Now it's one guy it doesn't give a crap about anything. Asking someone a simple question results in them telling you that you have to access your phone even though your phone is not working properly. It feels like Verizon is slowly turning into T-Mobile customer service non-existence.
