The staff member that helped me was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable & friendly. He also recommended a new device in the medium tier to save me a discount rather instead of offering the higher price one.
Came into this Verizon location on to add a line to my phone. The employee I spoke with was unhelpful and had a very dismissive attitude. Instead of helping me out, they made it seem like my request was a problem. I expected basic customer service, but didn’t receive that. Hoping management addresses this because it reflects poorly on the store.
