The young lady that was there,didn't help me 1 bit. Plus she had an abhorrent attitude. I've been a customer to this store for 13 years and they always helped to fix my phone problems. NO MORE! You have to actually call a tech service. The young lady said they only sell phones and phone products and nothing more! She wouldn't even help me to connect the tech server to their wifi! When my bill is paid off next month,I will be searching for a different phone server. Unfriendly and rude employees! Don't even bother to go there.
A franchised location....usually not the best place to go but this one was a gem. The woman was knowledgeable and helpful about my questions. I'd do business there if I needed something.
