Horrible service, i went in with a buisness problem asked for a manager, manager for asked 5 times to help and they refused service, made me talk online to a custom service who doesn't know English very well, when asked for help to talk i was also refused.
Everyone was very helpful, friendly and professional. Frank Garcia was a great help with my new phone. He took extra time explaining everything to us. He let us know we could try Internet service for 30 days free trial, no strings attached. Set up was easy and price will be very reasonable , if we decide to keep their service. I sat in the store for 30 minutes and watched 3 people come in after me and get assisted before me. I can see why this store has a 3 star rating and what makes this even worse.. It's a corporate store.
Thives, these people will make sure to add thing to your plan just so they can get a commission. These people are criminals I will stay away from this store
