I sat in the store for 30 minutes and watched 3 people come in after me and get assisted before me. I can see why this store has a 3 star rating and what makes this even worse.. It's a corporate store.
Thives, these people will make sure to add thing to your plan just so they can get a commission. These people are criminals I will stay away from this store
This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had. I received a promotion by text back in the summer and decided to upgrade my husband by adding him to my line. Thinking that it was a good decision- Well. It has been a disaster. I was paying $120 for my line with hot spot, my watch, Hulu and Disney. Promotion said get a phone added for free basically. Great place and knowledgeable staff they even stayed after business hours to help with a phone issue that wasn't on their end in the past 3 months we have got an iPhone 14 Pro max , Pixel 6 and iPhone 15 pro max on order this is my go to store
