Rick was amazing, Verizon not so much. So many issues with Verizon customer service/finance team. I spent over 24 hours, in total on the phone with reps and another 4 hours in the store with Rick attempting to get my issues taken care of. Overall, I don't feel like Verizon gives a crap about their customers and only about the bottom line. I've never seen a company worse than comcast when it comes to customer service, but congrats Verizon, you have managed to do so. Don't go to this place for help. They won't do anything. An employee named Ryan is very uncaring, he shouldn't be in customer service.
