Do not go here. I’ve had ongoing BBB claim as the billing promised in the store (through business reps) do not align and the store is not helpful to solve their mistakes and direct you towards a 1-800 number. I would to as far to say this store operates as a scam.
Rick was amazing, Verizon not so much. So many issues with Verizon customer service/finance team. I spent over 24 hours, in total on the phone with reps and another 4 hours in the store with Rick attempting to get my issues taken care of. Overall, I don't feel like Verizon gives a crap about their customers and only about the bottom line. I've never seen a company worse than comcast when it comes to customer service, but congrats Verizon, you have managed to do so.
