Left poor review earlier for this location and it was removed (assuming by location manager) along with other poor reviews describing same arrogant, young black haired boy/sales person that lacks respect for their client. They lost a long time, loyal customer as a result.
This location has horrible customer service! The manager was very difficult and didn’t wanna work with my business account. I went to the south Nashua corporate location and they took care of everything and we’re very customer service friendly.
Excellent customer service by the entire team, especially a young man called Sebastian.
We called in to inquire about the new Apple Watches, we were booked in as soon as we arrived and then Dorothy was there to assist us within a minute. She was extremely helpful, professional and super friendly, a real credit to this Verizon store. We won’t go anywhere else when we need help in the future.
