Verizon is the worst and this store represents the company as a whole perfectly
if you’re going to this store for help TURN AROUND. Never been so disrespected in my life. They told me incorrect information 3 times. I was a new customer and they took advantage. Awful. They denied assistance after I corrected them with information. The man helping me hung up the phone with customer service and told me they were not going to help me. Please save your energy for a store that is willing to help you. Please don’t hire people that don’t want to put any effort.
Zachary D was extremely unhelpful and disrespectful if this is the way Verizon treats Veterans and paying customers that's a sad sign for the business.
