Calling verizon to settle phone issue is infuriating not only do I spend plenty of money for my phone service but when there’s an issue on their end speaking with someone whose accent makes it difficult to understand just further adds to the proble.
Prices are extremely high. Waiting time could be a little better, too.
Went in to change my payments from auto pay to cash the guy helped me out and I was so thankful for him he guided me through till the pymt was confirmed THANK YOU CALEB @verizon on Pacific ave 👍😁
