Husband needed a new phone. We made appointment on line and waited just 5 minutes on a Saturday. Josh helped us. Very helpful, pleasant, didn't rush us. Would definitely go back.
The sales rep was rude, disengaged, never asked us about our account or what we were having issues with, just kept pushing us to upgrade to the iPhone 16. Will not be going back there.
This place is a joke they need all new employees none of them will do nothing
