Rude people working there, they lie about products and services, and I would NEVER recommend this company for anything
I’m being billed for a service I did not authorize. I canceled it over the phone, yet the charges are still appearing on my bill. Please remove the service immediately and credit my account.
After 7 years with verizon, I always believed that the place to go was the Corporate store for help, not a franchise store. Not the case any longer. The employees are friendly and helpful, but they are "especially helpful" to get you signed up for a so called "Free" phone. No more contracts because the "Free" phone is the contract. I go there to purchase a Samsung watch (add to my plan), only to get a sales pitch to upgrade to the newest "Free" $1499 phone. Nah, I'm good, all my devices are paid off, Thank You.
