After 7 years with verizon, I always believed that the place to go was the Corporate store for help, not a franchise store. Not the case any longer. The employees are friendly and helpful, but they are "especially helpful" to get you signed up for a so called "Free" phone. No more contracts because the "Free" phone is the contract. Quick in and out so great for me.
I opened a buisness account here about 8 mounths ago and it's been nothing but issues and causing me profit loss . I have a z fold 3 and got a new one since my original is mest up . The used one I got has its issues al well and top it off verison can't find a case for it if there life depends on it. This was the Manger. They have no interest of taking care of people and there needs . Worst comustomer that I delt with . I deal with insurance companies they lise and solve the issue . Left the store to get something from the car in the middle of buying a plan, and the large lady security guard would not let me and my sister back in the store. She said they closed at 7 when the website said 8 and there were still customers inside. Would not open the door to let us join our mother who was inside finalizing the plan.
