Sebastian helped me and I was taken away by how professional and knowledgeable he was. It was a simple issue that needed to be fixed with incoming calls but he helped me very quickly and also helped upselling an iCloud plan Verizon has. I told him I have too many photos and videos and he explained what product would help me best. I never felt smothered like most sales people, it was a very genuine interaction-and I’ll be sure to tell my family and friends to ask for Sebastian at the Simi Mall for any of their Verizon needs.
They are worst customer service ever, they will not help you if you have a problem with online order unless you cancel your order and get it from them in the store. They treated me disrespectfully
