Verizon had an internet security breech. They sent me a new router but won't help me get it set up, now I can't get into my account or login to Verizon. I also can no longer connect to an agent on the phone.
The flyer in the mail brought me in to the store but Nate was the reason we switched. He was very helpful and guided us in the right direction for the best deal

Called during regular business hour. Got Auto assistance and after I said why I'm calling the automatic assistance said "good bye"!! From experience an automatic assistance NEVER helps!!!
