Shaun was very helpful in getting our 3 phones transferred over. There was a very annoying and inappropriate customer who kept trying to get in on the process and Shaun was so professional in nicely asking him to stop. I would not have been as nice.

Verizon had an internet security breech. They sent me a new router but won't help me get it set up, now I can't get into my account or login to Verizon. I also can no longer connect to an agent on the phone.
