The store was well arranged.
One of the worst companies I’ve ever done business with. I have tried for 6 weeks to get my final bill because Verizon shut down my account the second we switched to another provider. I no longer had any internet access to my account. Calling customer service for weeks on end produced no results. Verizon promised to mail a final bill multiple times and never did. The customer service experience was positive. During my recent visit to acquire a new phone, Nataly provided excellent assistance, offering detailed explanations of available plans and securing a favorable online discount.
A lot of people. I went with my elderly father, so it worried me. Especially when they said we had 5 people ahead of us. We didn't wait long though it was about 6 mins, 10 total they solved the problem and we were out there. Great team!!
