Terrible service from Clint and Edwin. We wanted to upgrade our phones. We were given wrong information about our existing plan to begin with and after 4:13 minutes, there were issues with transferring the data from old phones to our new phone and we were also given different monthly charges after Edwin had already printed two sets of breakdown of two different plans and because of data transfer issues they contacted other (not sure of the department) version agent and she somehow changed from helping with transfer issues to... read more

i wanna give a big shout out to the rep that helpd me today! came in to get home internet today!even thought the rep not able to access me account due to sales make he still went above and beyond!!!
From specialists to the management the staff is beyond rude and defensive. They don’t cooperate with Verizon customer service via the phone in a professional manner. They were literally arguing over the phone with their own company about my account services. It was awkward and weird:(
