2 trips to the store. 4 days, internet site did not work, 3 hours on the phone and I still am not sure if my phone has been transferred from the business account to my private account Disjointed systems and silos.

I went to drop off my old watch because I got a new online. I also had questions about my bill. The sales associate, Marcello, was very helpful, kind, honest and efficient. If you go to this store ask for him.
Helpful staff made my visit enjoyable.
