The customer service experience was positive. During my recent visit to acquire a new phone, Nataly provided excellent assistance, offering detailed explanations of available plans and securing a favorable online discount.
A lot of people. I went with my elderly father, so it worried me. Especially when they said we had 5 people ahead of us. We didn't wait long though it was about 6 mins, 10 total they solved the problem and we were out there. Great team!!
Fantastic customer service the staff is fantastic. However, it is incredibly unfortunate how disgustingly useless it is attempting to contact verizon customer support, and disgusting how all technical support is locked to incompetent jerks who couldn't care less about their customers. I'm sick of trying to call the customer support only to be stuck in an endless loop with a damn AI who keeps saying the online assistant can help. Terrible service from Clint and Edwin. We wanted to upgrade our phones. We were given wrong information about our existing plan to begin with and after 4:13 minutes, there were issues with transferring the data from old phones to our new phone and we were also given different monthly charges after Edwin had already printed two sets of breakdown of two different plans and because of data transfer issues they contacted other (not sure of the department) version agent and she somehow changed from helping with transfer issues to... read more
