Staff at this location were extremely helpful when transferring my phone service from T-Mobile.
Complete lack of customer service. Waited, were greeted after the person after us, and were given no communication in regards to wait time, why we were there, etc.
Can't get a phone number to the local Verizon store to ask if they have a stylus for my phone. Why can't you have local store numbers to talk to a live person 😒😠 😡
