Pretty poor experience. Rather than help resolve my issue they simply passed me over to customer service via phone calls. The manager came by and gave me a suggestion which was to just go home and pick up documentation rather than work with me to help resolve my issue. Overall really didn’t like the experience and I suppose it makes sense given the number of stars here. Poor experience
I get there nearly an hour before they close on June 13th, 2025. I left work early as I continued to have problems with tech support, language barriers, and none of my devices that I've paid for were working on the network. Isaac, was the employee who helped me. Isaac started out very friendly, professional and willing to work with me. I apologized to him for coming in about an hour before they closed and explained to him that I'd just gotten off work and rushed over to get it fixed.
