Poor experience
I get there nearly an hour before they close on June 13th, 2025. I left work early as I continued to have problems with tech support, language barriers, and none of my devices that I've paid for were working on the network. Isaac, was the employee who helped me. Isaac started out very friendly, professional and willing to work with me. I apologized to him for coming in about an hour before they closed and explained to him that I'd just gotten off work and rushed over to get it fixed. We got a new number yesterday. It worked at first. Then we took it to the back to test it. We brought it back and plugged it in and it didn't work. The number told us it would open in half an hour or an hour. If it didn't, we were told to come back later in the day or tomorrow. The card didn't open. We went the next day and they said it wasn't our responsibility. Really horrible place. Would never recommend.
