This store has a great manager who is involved on the floor. The gentleman who helped me(Keon) was honest, polite and easy to work with. I was impressed with my experience.
Not a fan of this location because of the employees. Always seems like they don’t really want to help. Maybe it’s just me. Anywho, I contacted Verizon customer service today to inquire about a price match. I was told to head to a corporate location and I would be taken care of. Mind you I just moved my cell phone service and internet to Verizon a few months ago. I get to store, tell them employees what I want and tell them what I was told by the customer service rep. Immediately they say no, we can’t help. Well someone lied.... read more
