BUYER BEWARE.... Visited this store August 11th with a simple phone problem. Dealt with a young lady who could not fix the problem. Her solution was to go to GEEK SQUAD.....or..... purchase a new phone after paying off my phone for $299. Fast forward to today, August 12th. I was first in line at Verizon, South 76th, Greenfield.. Problem fixed in 5 minutes, and to pay off my phone would be $79. Where would the extra $220 go??? BEWARE
Showed up at 4pm and store was closed was suppose to be open till 5pm
Associate was very helpful
Dillon was absolutely amazing! Helped my family with everything. If I could give a higher rating I would. Great customer service! Super respectful. Willing to help with everything he could. Great with multitasking, to help multiple customers at one time.
