Bad Service, lazy reps. No one in lobby with at least two employees walking around not engaging after signing in. Waited ten minutes before leaving and when they saw I was gone decided to text me that I was next. Very poor work ethic. People like that should be fired. There goes that commission......
Long wait time, but good service
The salesperson really try to meet our personal needs
If I didn’t have to use them for our business, I wouldn’t. I have a seasonal business that I use multiple tablets for. They don’t have a reasonable seasonal solution for tablet service. I’m forced to cancel service after one month, and then have to reactivate every tablet, and pay a new activation fee on every tablet every year. Terrible service. Terrible customer support.
