These sales stores lead you to believe you can come back if you have a problem only to learn YOU have to contact Apple for an I Phone problem. It's a nightmare to get anyone to talk to that knows what to do. My husband has spent hours upon hours talking to various people trying to get help with his New I Phone12. This has been going on now for 2 months. Customer Service is a joke!!! He has talked to 4 different people today all promising to call back in a few minutes....never happened. Think twice before using Verizon!!!
