I had an issue with my bill and was expecting to have to fight to get it resolved, but that wasn’t the case. George helped me get the bill resolved without any issue or attemot to deny my requests. Seemless experience. Friendly staff.
Staff was cordial, respectful went above and beyond duty to accommodate me...the product..the automated system..there's just to many flaws that the inconveniences out way the benefits..I had a six month run and it was the worst vendor I've ever experienced i would recommend avoiding using them as internet carrier..thats my experience it was a nightmare and im not going to even elaborate on trying to contact them by phone...
Unbelievable rude- zero customer service to a 20 year customer of verizion - the worst i have seen terms of customer respect from the manager gordon in particular- i have spent at least 10 hours on the phone with them trying to get my upgrades done - finallythe told me to go to the store and the people ar this store were so rude - told us we had to call tele sales back after - tele sales sent us to them- i will never go back to this store and i suggest you fire Gordon for treating 20 years customers like trash ! Everything they told us when my 91 year old Dad switched over was wrong. He went from paying 86.00 at T Mobile for 2 lines to $157.00. The free phones are not free is paying $10.21 per device per month and $65.00 per line. His first bill was $297.66. While we were at the store what he would be paying changed 3 times. I wish I could have talked him into leaving then. Shame on this store for taking advantage of a 91 year old veteran.
