Very poor service and extremely slow. They charge $39 for service fee but they didn’t even set up the phone. It shouldn’t be that hard and shouldn’t take that long..

Feel like there is a miscommunication on what the store is for. It is primarily a sales location like any other store. And just like alot of company's today customer service has been moved to online or over the phone. Its not perfect but it is what it is. If the expectation was walking to be assisted with sales the extreme will be much better. If the expectation is to have billing help or fixing I feel this is the wrong place to go. Im not going to ask someone who is an expert in selling how to fix or lower my bill.
