My son had an obscene about of videos and photos complicating set up of his phone and Ryan was so patient and helpful. I could not be more impressed with his customer service.

I had a great experience with Ryan, the sales associate, today! I have been having issues with the Verizon app and couldn’t get assistance for an issue I had online. I went in today, was greeted promptly, and genuinely enjoyed being in store! I was able to get my problems solved within 15 minutes! I highly recommend the location and its staff! I will be using them as my main location from now on!
