I'm not a verizon customer I have tmobile but my wife has been a verizon customer for many years and she got a new iPhone sent to her we went on Saturday 8/30 and the customer service guy said there was a verizon outage and its their systems affected, no issue but he was rude, condescending and raised his voice to my wife, not sure if he was having a bad day or not but people like that need an anger management class or learn to deal with people in customer service.
