All I can really say is that I experienced very poor customer service. I went into the store to check on my phone because it was not connecting to the Wi-Fi. When I walked in, I was greeted by the representative who assisted me, and the service was extremely disappointing. Because of this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere and Will not be returning to this Verizon store.
