I have been a Verizon customer for 23 years and I have never been so disappointed! Horrible in store experience. They got me to try home internet, I took the box home and it didn’t work. Apparently they never activated it! I tried to return it today and they refused to take it offering me a label to take it to the ups store. I asked why should this be my burden as I got it at their store. They said because it was more than 10 days they could not take it.
