These guys at the Germantown store did a phenomenal job helping me with my issue. They spent countless hours making things right! Shout out to all!!!
It's a lot of hassle to do anything with them. They seriously gouge you on the protection plans. Expect 2 hours of your time to get any problem solved. They'll solve it, but you'll carve out a good chunk of you day for it. Might switch back to tmobile just based on price and convenience
