If I could give this store zero stars, I would. I have been a loyal Verizon customer with six active lines on my account, yet I was treated like a scammer when I simply tried to finance a phone. The Verizon assistant was beyond rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of assisting me, they refused to help, made baseless accusations, and ultimately forced me to leave the store—as if I had done something wrong. I went to this Verizon store with my nephew to open a new account, and despite being fully approved, the employees refused to assist me further. Their attitude was completely unprofessional and borderline discriminatory—they treated us as if we were trying to scam them, even though we followed all the proper steps and had everything in order. The customer was great. I had two staff members who went above and beyond to help me solve my matter. The staff members help me by getting me another phone ordered for my mom.
Verizon on union ave never open on time .it say 7:00am but it seem like this location open up when they get ready and very nasty attitude.. the store owner need change time to 1:00 pm .. constantly saying 20 minutes then it went to 10 minutes still sitting here and they haven’t opened it’s almost 10:00 and they still out open and his doesn’t even make any sense at all they in there laughing and talking people have things to do and places to be this is so unprofessional
