If I could give this store zero stars, I would. I have been a loyal Verizon customer with six active lines on my account, yet I was treated like a scammer when I simply tried to finance a phone. The Verizon assistant was beyond rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of assisting me, they refused to help, made baseless accusations, and ultimately forced me to leave the store—as if I had done something wrong. I went to this Verizon store with my nephew to open a new account, and despite being fully approved, the employees refused to assist me further. Their attitude was completely unprofessional and borderline discriminatory—they treated us as if we were trying to scam them, even though we followed all the proper steps and had everything in order.
