Trash service. They can’t answer simple questions. Without giving you the run around. Then they talk over you to try to get your information. They THIRSTY for a sale. Or to get whatever they need from you. you can feel it instantly.

Poor and low service, too much information is given wrong
I had a very good experience switching my service to Verizon at this store. MeMe, the manager, took the time to review my options and helped me choose a plan that fit my needs. Although I ran into a few issues on the first day, I returned the next day and Enzy, the manager on duty, went above and beyond to resolve everything. He addressed all my concerns, helped me save even more money, and made the process smooth. What started out a little rocky turned into a great overall experience.
