I am currently having the poorest experience EVER in this Verizon store! The "manager" Fabian is rude and holds his status over the other employees heads. He referred to them as subordinates and told me they don't talk to anyone without his permission. He also told me he doesn't want me harassing them. I spoke with Hasan and Jermaine and they did not feel harassed. I told him I will exercise my right to speak to someone else and he began to threaten me with being banned from the store. As a new customer i don’t think it should be difficult and then their website is not working on top of that you try to do automatic payment it doesn’t allow me unless i connect my bank account that a no . I am Very disappointed that I am canceling everything and return everything and I better get my money back because this ridiculous!!!!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Verizon store. I walked in simply needing assistance, but instead of helping me, the staff kept insisting that I use the Verizon app without even attempting to understand my situation. It was clear from their attitude that they judged me based on my appearance, which is completely unacceptable. Customers deserve respect and support, no matter how they look. I expected better service from a company like Verizon.

I have switched to verizon 4 months ago. They said, they will give free iphone 12 and 200$ gift cards. And we will receive them in 2-3 months. I am in the 5th month and they still get money for the phones. Also, they didnt send gift cards, too.
