I found what I wanted with ease.
I waited for an hour for the store to open, it's supposed to open at 10 and there was no one there.
This Verizon store provided one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in recent memory. I went to pick up a new phone but am not an account manager, so they refused to help. I understand that there is company policy, but when a customer spends 45 minutes in store trying to jump through all the hoops to be added as an account manager and the app continues to prevent them from doing so, then a good customer service rep would help find another way.
