The staff here is extremely kind and thoughtful. I bought a screen protector from a third-party service not knowing that I can’t get my screen replaced in a different store, but Jorge, one of the staff members, was very considerate and helped me anyways. Huge thanks to him and the rest!!!
Today, we were here to apply for 4 phone lines and internet service by switching to Verizon through a different promotion. From beginning to end, the manager and Mr. Ron were extremely helpful and supportive for nearly 2 hours. We truly appreciate all of their assistance. This was the best service we have ever received from Verizon. We wish them continued success.
